I was 32, overweight and injured. Long gone were my glory days as a Gold medalist in Athletics. All I could do then was yearned for the day I could run again.
I loved running and I still do but it took me many years of learning and relearning, of going through thousands of Ringgit in medical bills to finally get to where I am today.

My fitness journey started back in 2006, I was working a 9-5 in corporate feeling miserable and wanting to get back my fitness and take control of my health. So with a burst of “passion”, I started working out again. Working through my old injuries, learning from different coaches online and offline. The first few days were great, I felt great, I felt that this was going some where and I was determined to be a healthier version of myself. This “passion” only lasted a few weeks because I failed to plan. I was working out for the sake of working out….I had no goals, no direction and this was the 1st lesson I learnt in my fitness journey.

YOU ALWAYS NEED A PLAN. The second lesson I learnt from this experience was that you need a COMMUNITY to help you achieve your fitness goal. Unless you’re one of the few who has the mental fortitude of a Navy Seal, you will very likely give up if you’re on this journey alone.

Fast forward a few years, I eventually came across METAFIT HIIT and that is where my life really changed. The program is a comprehensive body workout program that not only helped me lose weight, but also allowed me to run again.

ASSESSMENT
We carry out a weigh-in on a monthly basis. This is where we track your individual progress on your weight, body fat, visceral fat & metabolic age. This is usually done before classes and is strictly P&C. This assessment is for your eyes and your eyes only (well and mine). No comparisons will be made to other participants

I am definitely in love with Metafit.
I have been "Metafitting" for 6 months now and enjoying it so much that I can't get enough of it! Every 3 times a week, I will be looking forward to Metafit HIIT Training after work. Up until now, I still crave for it whenever I am unable to attend any classes.The intensive training has made me fitter and leaner.  
With Coach Veejay's advice and guidance, I'm confident to take up the challenge to run a Full Marathon next year. He is the best Coach you can get. He guides us through the training sessions by doing demo. He also share tips on healthy eating. He motivates us to push ourselves more. This is better than personal training as we have a great workout group who support each other. We have so much fun training together as a group. I even bring my family along for the workout sessions whenever they are free.

It's Tough that's why it works

I like the intensity and explosiveness of the exercise, plus it's short and the workout is very addictive. Before Metafit, I have done a couple of obstacle based races, example Spartan race and felt the challenge was really tough especially my stamina, and ever since pushing myself 3 times of Metafit HIIT workout in a week my stamina has improved drastically..also with coach Veejay's guidance on Metafit proper movement and technique, proper dieting and nutrition tips  
After completing 12 weeks of Metafit,I feel much stronger definitely and have more confident to take on more challenges! plus I could feel more leaner as HIIT workout makes you shed fats more faster than any workout.

Metafit HIIT undoubtedly is best decision that I made.

Metafit is short but really intense at the same time. I have done an array of workouts including Pilates, Yoga and Zumba but I've never been able to stick to any of them long enough to reap results because they require longer hours to effectively burn calories. Being a university student, time was always a problem for me. With Metafit, although short, the intensity will always leave u feeling satisfied that u have maximized your time. Its also fun which is an added bonus that keeps you wanting more.
I was never a morning person but now I happily look forward to waking up early during the weekends because of Metafit. My dietary habits have also changed a lot. Coach Vijay has been really helpful in providing us with numerous recipes and dietary advice along the way. My food is now more cleaner and healthier and I think this has played a very important role in my weight loss journey. I lost 2 kilogram and started noticing a difference in my body after just two weeks of Metafit(4 sessions). I also noticed amazing changes on my skin AND I felt stronger and more active throughout the day as opposed to feeling sluggish all the time (as was the case before METAFIT). 

Metafit is undoubtedly one of the best decisions I've ever made. Its the perfect blend of challenge and fun. It has also been great to have a family with common fit goals, knowing you are not in it alone, As well as a coach that believes in you and pushes you to achieve your best. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 At Fitnergy Consulting (002760864-H), operating under the Veejayfitin30 brand, we have adopted policies, procedures, rules and regulations, terms and conditions ("policies") designed to provide for the safe, enjoyable and healthy use of our clients and trial clients.

MEMBERSHIP

1.  Membership is personal to the individual signed up and is non-assignable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

 2.  Refunds - Training package fees are non-refundable, even if the client cannot or does not participate in all the training session in the program. There shall be NO refund of any monies paid at any event whatsoever.

3. Freezing - Client may WhatsApp directly to freeze his/her membership at any time for a MAXIMUM period of 1 month in the event there are any unavoidable situations such as travel or medical conditions. NO BACK DATE freeze will be allowed and all freezing request MUST be informed 7 days prior to freezing start date.

 4. Client may replace the missed group session at the other location ie. Damansara clients in Cyberjaya and Cyberjaya clients in Damansara, within the same month. Failure of which the missed session will be forfeited.

 5. During each session client is required to wear appropriate athletic footwear and loose, comfortable clothing to facilitate ease of movement. Client is not permitted to bring other individuals with him or her to the sessions unless the purchased session allows him or her to do so.
 
6. Client are required to bring their own yoga mat for the training purpose. All other equipment's used for the training are to be provided by Veejayfitin30. Clients are required to practice due care in handling the equipment provided as instructed to prevent injuries or damage to the equipment's.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By attending classes, events, activities, using training facilities and equipment, you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers whilst exercising with the team. You acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in intense physical activity. You hereby agree to assume full responsibility for yourself and all injuries or damage, which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the use of equipment and/or our training facilities, and release, indemnify, and hold harmless of Veejayfitin30.

MEMBERSHIP BILLING

1. Clients will be billed every 3 months/ 6months/ 12 months or at expiration of their paid sessions.

2. All payment to be made to Fitnergy Consulting, Maybank Account No: 562777239642 prior to commencement of training session.

3. Clients will be given 2 weeks’ notice in advance on expiration of their training sessions for them to make the payment. Subsequent 1st and 2nd reminders will follow on the week following the notice. If no payment being made, client will be sent a final 3rd reminder and be removed from the group on the next day following the 3rd reminder.
